Measuring Viscoelasticity by Tracking Vibration Based on Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging

Abstract

Developing a laser speckle contrast imaging method to obtain the viscoelastic properties of biological sample by tracking the vibration induced by acoustic stimulation. This method can also be used for non-invasive imaging of tissue viscoelastic in vivo.
