Super-Resolution: new contrast, 3D imaging, multiparticle parallel localization & tracking

Abstract

This talk presents our recent work in super-resolution, including fluorescence lifetime imaging, methods for 3-dimensional DNA characterization, multiparticle parallel localization and tracking in transparent sample thicker than 10μm using distorted grating and double-helix PSF device.
