Wireless Laser Uplink Scheme with 1550-nm Wavelength for Indoor Visible Light Communications

Abstract

A wireless laser uplink scheme with 1550-nm wavelength and large divergence angle for indoor visible light communication (VLC) systems is presented. It can achieve high data rate (> 1 Gbit/s) without the need for precise alignment.
