Improvement of scale factor for resonant fiber optical gyroscope

Abstract

A novel method is proposed to improve the scale factor of the resonant fiber optical gyroscope. By using erbium-doped fiber splicing into the fiber ring resonator, forming active resonator to increase the depth of transmission.
