Wavelength swept fiber laser source based on recirculating optical time-stretch

Abstract

We propose and successfully demonstrate a wavelength-swept fiber laser source based on recirculating optical time-stretch of an actively mode-locked fiber laser. It has the advantages of simple configuration and switchable duration of wavelength-swept pulses.
