Monitoring blood flow dynamics in dorsal skinfold window chamber model during vascular targeted photodynamic therapy

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Photodynamic therapy for vascular occlusion in dorsal skinfold window chamber model was performed to elucidate the mechanisms of vascular targeted PDT, and laser speckle imaging was used to monitor the blood flow dynamics during treatment.
