Abstract

We report an ultraviolet-visible detector with a crossed heterojunction assembled from quantum-dot-doped polyaniline nanowires. The fabricated detectors show spectral response of 365 to 550 nm, external quantum efficiency of 105 %, responsivity of 103 A/W.
