Real-Time Real-valued Adaptive Channel Equalizer in 10-Gb/s PDM-QPSK Coherent Receiver

Abstract

To compensate the delay skew and imbalance for received signals, we realize a real-valued equalizer in 10-Gb/s real-time PDM-QPSK coherent systems. It shows better performance than conventional complex-valued equalizer with only small resources consumptions increase.
