Abstract

We propose a microfluidic fluorescence biosensor based on a DGPTFT. The compact system including high-brightness laser or LED, filters, microfluidic channel-integrated DGPTFT, and readout circuit. Our proof-of-concept system can detect fluorescent concentration in nMol range.
