Energy Ejfcient Traffic Flows Migrations in Next Generation Radio and Optical Midhaul Network

In this paper, we propose an integer linear programming model to reduce power consumption in midhaul by traffic flows migrations. Results demonstrate it can efficiently utilize virtual servers, and reduce the overall power consumption.
