Tunable Optical True Time Delay Line Based on Ring Array

Abstract

An integrated tunable optical true time delay line based on ring array is designed and fabricated on SOI platform. Continuous delay up to 4.3ps and 8 delays from 0 to 108.8ps can be generated.
