Widely Tunable Passively Mode-locked Fiber Laser Based on 45° Tilted Fiber Grating with Strong Polarization Dependent Loss

Abstract

We demonstrate a wavelength tunable all-fiber passively mode-locked laser based on 45° tilted fiber grating with strong polarization dependent loss of 33 dB. The laser cavity can realize the wide tuning range of 24nm.
