Compact Four-Channel Directly Modulated Analog Optical Transceiver Module for Analog Application

Abstract

An integrated 4-channel analog optical transceiver was developed. For each lane, the 3 dB bandwidth exceeds 19.1 GHz and SFDR3 above 96 dB·Hz2/3. Error-free has been realized with dynamic rate of 100 Mb/s after 15.5 km SMF transmission.
