Correction of SNAP microresonators fabricated by femtosecond laser with sub-angstrom precision

Abstract

We firstly demonstrated a post-processing method that improves the flexibility of the surface nanoscale axial photonics (SNAP) by the femtosecond laser. Three SNAP microresonators were corrected by the calibrated scheme with the precision of 0.75 Å.
