Experimental Demonstration of Time Lens Based on Digital Frequency Sweeping

Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate the time lens based on digital frequency sweeping. Time aperture reaches nanosecond and the figure of merit can be hundreds, which are the largest by electro-optical modulation.
