Nondestructive Measurement of Polarization Characteristics of Fiber-Pigtailed Waveguide-type Ring Resonators

Abstract

The polarization analysis model of the waveguide-type ring resonator (WRR) is built and four misaligned angles can be obtained without destruction. The polarization extinction ratio improvement of the lightwave out from the WRR is analyzed.
