A Frame Averaging based Signal Tracing (FAST) Algorithm for Optical Camera Communications

We propose a novel frame averaging based signal tracing (FAST) algorithm for OCC. It is experimentally demonstrated that signals with nearly uniform grayscale can be extracted, resulting in significantly reduced BER (from ~10-3 to ~10-6).
