Crosstalk Estimation in Multicore Fiber with Bending and Twisting Perturbations

Abstract

A novel model for crosstalk estimation in weakly coupled multicore fiber based on coupled mode theory is derived initially. Experimental and discrete changes model results agree well with the theory results in the phase-matching region.
