Design of Wavelength-selectable In-series DFB Laser Array Based on Chirped Bragg Grating

Abstract

A wavelength-selectable in-series DFB laser array is proposed and theoretically analyzed. Based on a linear chirped Bragg grating and two reflector sections, four lasing wavelengths with 100-GHz spacings are achieved for wavelength-switching applications.
