Deep-reinforce-learning-assisted network orchestration for VNF-SC provisioning in inter-DC elastic optical networks

Abstract

We propose a deep-reinforce-learning (DRL)-based virtual network function (VNF) provisioning algorithm which guarantees efficient VNF reusing while consuming lower spectrum resource. The simulation results show the proposed algorithm can achieve better performance than heuristics.
