Abstract

An Intelligent and self-adaptive constellation iterative algorithm for enhanced probabilistically shaped hexagonal CAP-19 modulation is proposed in this paper. Experimental results indicate the superiority of the proposed modulation scheme for rate-adaptive optical transmissions.
