Flexible Sb2Se3 solar mini-module for IoT application

Abstract

An ultra-thin, lightweight, flexible Sb2Se3 solar mini-module (25 cm2 area) was constructed. Then, the application of the mini-module for powering the sensors of the Internat of Things was demonstrated.
