Abstract

We use a high-bandwidth silicon-based integrated coherent transceiver in the long-haul fiber transmission systems. 16-Tb/s (80×200-Gb/s) Nyquist DP-QPSK transmission over 10,000-km G.654E fiber with Raman amplification is experimentally demonstrated.
