LP01-LP31 Mode Converter based on Helical Long-Period Grating Inscribed in Six-Mode Fiber using CO2-Laser

Abstract

We fabricate the LP01-LP31 mode converter based on helical long-period grating inscribed in six-mode fiber using CO2-laser. The results show that the mode converter has the maximum conversion efficiency of over 90%.
