Abstract

A mode-locked fiber soliton laser comb using Raman amplified asymmetric Kelly radiation is reported. It directly demonstrates an all-in-one plug-and-play device with octave-span spectrum (1100-2200nm), >3.2 nJ pulse energy and -168 dBc/Hz@10 kHz phase noise.
