1024-channel Passive Optical Phased Array with High Angular Resolution

Abstract

We have demonstrated a large-scale passive optical phased array (OPA) with 1024 channels, which has a spot divergence angle of less than 0.1°. It can realize beam scanning through wavelength tuning.
