Abstract

A digital mobile fronthaul based on noise-coupling MASH delta-sigma modulator enabling carrier aggregation is simulated, the EVM floor is 0.4%, and 1.5-dB receiver sensitivity improvement is achieved compared with the conventional MASH structure.
