Transmission of 10×400-Gb/s PS-16QAM over 4300-km LEAF Using Composite Carrier Recovery Scheme

Abstract

We have experimentally demonstrated 10×400-Gb/s PS-16QAM transmission over 4300-km LEAF. Digital pilot and FIR filter embedded with DD-LMS are applied to facilitate the carrier recovery of PS-QAM signal and overcome the fast phase fluctuations.
