Artificial Synaptic Devices with Photoelectric Properties Based on Ionic Gel and Graphene

Abstract

An artificial synaptic transistor device based on ionic gel and graphene has been proposed. The channel carrier concentration is regulated by the stimulation of applied voltage pulse, and the essential synaptic functions are demonstrated.
