Investigation of Hexagonal Boron Nitride by Terahertz Time-Domain Spectroscopy

Abstract

Four grades of hexagonal boron nitride have been investigated using terahertz time domain spectroscopy. Optical properties at terahertz frequencies were found to be related to material structure and physical properties.
