We have developed a turn-key LED-based multispectral (400nm–970nm) structured light imaging and software platform for biomedical research, with a primary focus on enabling spatial frequency domain imaging (SFDI). This presentation will cover SFDI-oriented validation of the system at various stages, including in silico computations, benchtop phantom validation, and pre-clinical model studies.
