Simulation of Transmission Behaviors of Photonic Crystal Structures Etched into an Ion-implanted LN Waveguide

Abstract

The transmission behaviors of one-dimensional and two-dimensional photonic crystal structures etched into an oxygen-ion-implanted LN waveguide were simulated by FDTD method. The cavity formed in one-dimensional photonic crystal structure works well as a filter.
