Reference Spectra for Optical Sensing in the Extraction Industries: Free Spectral Databases Available for Oil, Mining & Gas Applications

Abstract

We report on recent work on spectral databases that can be used for (near-) infrared sensing of solids and liquids relevant to both passive/active sensing of materials related to mining, oil and gas exploration.
