Improving Antibiotic Yield with a MicroNIR Spectrometer

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

The MicroNIR PAT-U, a compact NIR process spectrometer, was used to monitor biological titer, amino nitrogen, total sugar and pH in a biofermentation antibiotic production facility. Real-time process control optimized yield while significantly reducing sugar consumption and effluent waste.
