Optimization of CMOS-Compatible Hybrid Plasmonic Waveguides for Nonlinear Applications

Abstract

We demonstrate the design and optimization of three CMOS-compatible hybrid plasmonic waveguide structures for nonlinear interactions. Our proposed hybrid waveguide structure provides the largest nonlinear phase shift compared to other designs.
