Impact of Polarization State on High-Speed Indoor Optical Wireless Communication System

Abstract

In this paper we experimentally investigate the impact of polarization state on our recently proposed indoor gigabit optical wireless communication system. Our findings indicate that ~0.7 dB variation in the receiver sensitivity will be introduced.
