ZnO nanorods/P3HT nanocomposite film light emitting diodes

Abstract

We report electroluminescence from ZnO nanorod-based devices prepared by the hydrothermal method. The devices composed of ZnO nanorods and P3HT, in which ZnO acts as an n-type material and P3HT acts as a p-type material.
