Gas Sensing Using Multi-mode Diode Lasers in Combination with Correlation Spectroscopy

Abstract

A novel method for gas sensing by multi-mode diode lasers employing correlation spectroscopy is proposed. This method has been demonstrated on C2H2, CO2 and O2, representing the merits of long-term stability, low cost and ease-of-use.
