First-Principles Study of Electronic Structure and Optical Properties of (Zr-Al) Codoped ZnO

Abstract

First-principles calculations is performed to study the electronic structure and optical properties of (Zr-Al) codoped ZnO. The results show that oxygen vacancy introduced by (Zr-Al) codoping can improve the visible-light optical conductivity of ZnO.
