Abstract

The properties of μc-Si1-xGex:H thin films and solar cells have been investigated. The results show that the μc-Si1-xGex:H solar cells, which obtain higher Jsc and infrared response than μc-Si:H solar cell, have a great potential as the bottom cell for multi-junction solar cells.
