Abstract

Vertical donor-donor/acceptor-acceptor structured hybrid solar cells employing a low band-gap polymer/PbSxSe1-x alloy nanocrystals (NCs) have been demonstrated with a record high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 5.50% and a large fill factor of 67%.
