Nanostructure photovoltaics based on III-V compound semiconductors

Abstract

In this work, solar cells based on III-V compound semiconductor quantum dots and nanowires are demonstrated. Experimental results based on material and device studies will be presented and discussed for high efficiency photovoltaic applications.
