Abstract

This paper reports our recent study on laser computed tomography and transillumination/projection imaging achieved by Coherent Detection Imaging (CDI) method. Experimental results using biological tissues and samples are presented by this method incorporating the optical heterodyne detection technique and the image reconstruction based on the projection slice theorem.
