Compensated imaging using hybrid techniques: experiment and results

Abstract

We describe an experimental system that incorporates a low-noise, short exposure time camera with the deformable mirror system on the 1.6m telescope at AMOS. Binary and single star image results are presented for a variety of system parameters and operating conditions.
