Polarization Holographic Gratings with Improved Polarization Properties

Abstract

Characteristics of polarization holographic gratings (PHG) in non-covered azopolymer thin films and azopolymer films covered with glass slide are compared. An improvement of the polarization properties of the PHG in the covered films is established.
