Image transmission across a magnetic chiral boundary under uniform and Gaussian-profile beams

Abstract

Results obtained for Fresnel coefficients corresponding to a magnetic achiral/chiral interface under different incident angles and permittivity/permeability ratios, are extended to examine the transmitted amplitude profile of a 2D image/transparency. Both uniform and Gaussian- profile incident beams are considered.
