Abstract

Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensors, atmospheric phase screens, system noise, and reconstructors are modeled using ZEMAX and MATLAB, which allows in-situ evaluation of the telescope model. Post reconstruction RMS wavefront errors are smaller than 20 nm.
