Enhanced Faint Companion Photometry and Astrometry using Wavelength Diversity

Abstract

We propose a new method to enhance the differential photometry and astrometry of faint companions in adaptive optics images. Our approach combines PSF estimation from multi-wavelength data with a prewhitening matched filter.
