Abstract
Ultrahigh resolution OCT with adaptive optics provides unprecedented 3D resolution of the cellular retina in vivo. Here we investigate the utility of this instrument for imaging individual retinal nerve fiber bundles, retinal capillaries, and photoreceptors.
