Abstract

An incomplete correlation is discovered between the phase conjugate reflectivity and inhibited specular reflectivity from the sample in Feinberg' Cat Conjugator generating a train of regular pulses with the cw incident pump wave. The frequency chirp within every spike of conjugate wave is shown to affect the efficiency of the secondary phase conjugator generating auxiliary wave in the direction of Fresnel reflection of the incident wave.
